Refund Policy

1. Overview

Epic Transformations sells tokens that you use to generate AI-powered videos. This policy explains when refunds are available and how they are processed. Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who manages billing on our behalf.

2. Unused Tokens — Eligible for Refund

If you have purchased tokens and have not used any of them to generate videos, you may be eligible for a full refund of that purchase. To request a refund for unused tokens, contact our support team (see Section 6 below) with your account email and the details of your purchase.

We will review your request and, if your tokens remain fully unspent, issue a refund through Paddle.

3. Used Tokens — Non-Refundable

Tokens that have already been spent to generate videos are non-refundable. Each video generation consumes real server processing and third-party API costs (AI models, text-to-speech, video rendering) that cannot be recovered once the job has run.

If a generation failed due to a confirmed bug or error on our side, please contact support — we will review the case individually and may issue a credit at our discretion.

4. Subscription Plans

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Pricing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will not be charged again. Tokens already granted for the current billing period remain in your balance and can still be used until they are spent.

Tokens that were already used before the cancellation request are non-refundable. Partially used billing periods are generally not refunded, but you may contact support to discuss your situation.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are initiated by our team in the Paddle Dashboard. The refund amount will be returned to your original payment method within the timeframe set by your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

When a refund is processed, the corresponding tokens are removed from your account balance. Your balance will never go below zero as a result of a refund.

Please include your account email address, the date of the purchase, and the number of tokens you are requesting a refund for. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
