Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 24 June 2026 · Version: 1.0
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using Epic Transformations (the “Service”). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP.
2. General Principle
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service. You are fully responsible for the Input you submit, for any files or materials you upload to the Service, and for the Output you generate, distribute or publish. This AUP applies equally to your Input, your uploaded materials and your Output.
3. Prohibited Content
You must not use the Service to create, generate, upload or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
- Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way, or sexualises minors. This is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the authorities.
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic. This prohibition applies in full to content generated from, or incorporating, any image, likeness or voice of a real person uploaded to the Service; you must not create intimate, sexualised or nude depictions of any real person.
- Incites or threatens violence, or promotes terrorism, extremism or hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
- Harasses, bullies, defames or invades the privacy of any individual.
- Is deliberately false or deceptive in a harmful way, including disinformation and impersonation of real people or organisations.
- Creates a misleading synthetic likeness (“deepfake”) of a real, identifiable person without their consent, or that is intended to deceive. Where you lawfully create content that realistically depicts a real person, object, place or event, you must disclose and mark it as artificially generated or manipulated where applicable law requires (including Article 50(4) of the EU AI Act); where the Service offers a marking feature, activating it is your responsibility.
- Infringes the intellectual-property rights, trademarks, publicity or other rights of any third party.
- Contains malware or is designed to interfere with the operation of any system.
- Provides instructions or guidance that facilitate serious physical harm, including the manufacture or use of weapons, explosives or illicit drugs.
- Contains dangerous health or medical misinformation that is likely to cause harm.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems or networks.
- Interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure.
- Circumvent, disable or attempt to defeat any security, rate-limiting, token-accounting or access-control mechanism.
- Use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service in a manner that is not expressly permitted.
- Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit access to the Service itself without our written permission.
- Use the Service to develop a competing product, including by extracting or copying its outputs at scale for that purpose.
- Misuse free tokens, promotions or referral mechanics, including by creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free tokens.
- Access or use the Service (including any free tokens) from a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes, or where you are a person with whom dealings are prohibited under applicable sanctions or export-control laws.
- Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any geographical restriction we apply, including by using a VPN, proxy or other means to disguise your location.
5. Responsible Use of AI Output
AI-generated Output can contain errors or unintended material. You are responsible for reviewing Output before publishing it. Where required by law or platform rules, you should disclose that content was generated using artificial intelligence. You must not present Output in a way that is misleading or that misuses third-party stock footage contrary to its licence. You are responsible for ensuring that you hold all rights necessary for any material you upload to the Service and combine into your Output.
6. Enforcement
If we believe that you have violated this AUP, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, issuing a warning, limiting or suspending features, suspending or terminating your account, and, where appropriate, reporting the matter to law-enforcement authorities. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without notice. Where we terminate your account for a serious violation of this AUP, any remaining tokens are forfeited and are not refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of content or behaviour that violates this AUP, please report it to us at support@epic-transformations.com.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. The current version is always available on our website with its “Last updated” date. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give you advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to reject the change by closing your account before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Changes to this AUP are otherwise handled in the same way as changes to our Terms of Service.
